The Strategic Council is a consultative body of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ), established as a forum for discussing strategic issues related to the development of the insurance sector and the activities of the Association.
The Council brings together representatives of all ABI members and associate members, providing a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of expertise, and the development of common positions on issues of importance to the insurance industry, consumers, and public policy.
The Strategic Council discusses emerging trends, key challenges and opportunities facing the sector, as well as matters related to the Association's priorities and future development. Where appropriate, representatives of public institutions, academia, and external experts may also be invited to contribute to its work.
Following its discussions, the Strategic Council may adopt opinions, recommendations, and strategic guidance to support the work of ABI's governing bodies. The Council's decisions are advisory in nature and contribute to the development of the Association's strategic positions and initiatives.
