Membership in the Association of Bulgarian Insurers

Being a member of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ) offers a range of benefits to companies that are part of its community.

How to Become a Member of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers

Membership in ABZ is open to licensed insurers and reinsurers registered in Bulgaria, as well as companies operating in the country through a branch or under the freedom to provide services.

The Association offers two types of membership:

• Full membership – with voting rights in ABZ’s governing and working bodies;
• Associate membership – with the right to participate in an advisory capacity in ABI’s working and governing bodies, but without voting rights.

The admission of both full and associate members is decided by the General Assembly of the Association.
