Conducted online between 23 February and 7 March 2022 by the financial portal MoitePari.bg in partnership with the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ), this survey examined consumer attitudes toward and use of life insurance products.
The survey was part of the ABZ information campaign “Focus: Life Insurance.” One of its main findings is that the limited use of life insurance products in Bulgaria is largely driven by insufficient consumer awareness of their purpose and benefits.
