ALLIANZ BULGARIA: INITIATIVE “TIME FOR YOU. WITH CARE FOR YOU.”
The initiative “Time for You. With Care for You.” highlights the most valuable resource – the time we dedicate to our own health. It represents an integrated program for health awareness and prevention within the team of Allianz Bulgaria, while also promoting the importance of prevention and early diagnosis to the wider public.
The initiative translates corporate care into tangible action: combining expert medical sessions (Women’s & Men’s Health Days) with simple steps and everyday habits – a prevention checklist, practical guidelines by age group, and formats for quick consultations.
Instead of abstract campaigns, the program creates a concrete setting and occasion in the workplace where the conversation about physical and mental health is accessible and supported by medical specialists. Online content (both organic and paid) amplifies the message and transforms it into behavior – scheduled check-ups, completed tests, and the building of sustainable habits.
The focus is on the individual.
Thus, the initiative increases awareness, reduces prejudice, fosters a culture of well-being, and demonstrates how an employer can meaningfully support prevention – not with words, but through experience, tools, and measurable impact.
Objectives
- Raise awareness and motivation for regular preventive health check-ups among women and men in the company.
- Normalize conversations about physical and mental health in the workplace and reduce barriers to action (scheduling check-ups, following recommended tests, adopting a healthy lifestyle).
- Provide access to trusted expertise through medical specialists and practical guidelines (routine check-ups at home and with doctors).
- Strengthen a culture of well-being and the image of an employer that genuinely cares for its employees.
- Promote the importance of prevention and medical check-ups among clients and the public.
Activities
- Two hybrid internal events with medical experts:
- Women’s Health Day (29.10) — lecture by Dr. Gergana Georgieva (Imaging Diagnostics, Acibadem City Clinic): innovations in mammology and imaging diagnostics, prevention, and practical guidelines for routine examinations at home and with specialists. An internal video summary was prepared.
- Men’s Health Day (19.11) — lecture by Dr. Adrian Popov (Head of Urology, Tokuda Hospital): topics on mental and physical health, age-specific key examinations, and prevention practices; additional activation with HeadHunters barbers offering complimentary grooming (mustache/beard styling).
- Content creation and distribution on social media: static posts, carousels, animated and short videos (Reels/Stories), campaigns for Reach and Landing Page Views (META), as well as DV360 activations.
- Preparation of guidelines and checklists for preventive examinations by age and gender.
- Coordination with HR/managers for maximum participation and feedback for improvement.
- Materials and branding: posters and stickers for offices, branded pins and cards for participants, and additional visual elements at headquarters to highlight the importance of preventive check-ups.
Partnerships
- Collaboration with healthcare partners Acibadem City Clinic and Tokuda Hospital for the participation of medical experts.
- Partnership with HeadHunters professional barbers to create an office corner for men’s grooming (beards and mustaches) during the event.
Results
The combination of expert-led sessions and precisely targeted digital formats achieved broad reach, measurable engagement, and concrete actions (LPV/video views) – establishing a sustainable framework for annual continuation and growth.
