For the third consecutive year, Euroins has implemented its large-scale internship program “School of Talents.” In partnership with leading universities in Bulgaria, the company presents young people with opportunities for career development in the insurance sector. The main goal of the initiative is to encourage more young talents to recognize insurance as a promising and sustainable profession.
The program offers fully paid internships in various fields, including insurance, finance, accounting, marketing, IT, statistics and reporting, human resources, and more. In 2024, 50% of the interns chose to continue their careers at Euroins. For 2025, interest in the program reached record levels, with the highest number of applicants so far.
Activities
In recent years, Euroins has increasingly focused on engaging with young people in Bulgaria – speaking their language, understanding their needs, and discovering their potential. The company actively participates in university career fairs and strengthens its presence on social media to attract the younger generation to the insurance business.
The internship program is fully paid and provides a real opportunity for professional development after its completion. Each intern has a personal mentor who introduces them to the work environment and supports them throughout the learning process.
