The Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ) hosted a regular meeting of the Central and Eastern European Insurance Associations Group (CEE Group). The two-day event brought together representatives from the insurance associations of Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, and Hungary.
Among the topics discussed were the European Commission’s proposal for a Retail Investment Strategy, the proposed framework for access to financial data, as well as various aspects related to the final trilogue negotiations on Solvency II and the Insurance Recovery and Resolution Directive (IRRD).
