The educational online quiz “No Mistakes on the Road” is aimed at young road users. It is freely accessible through the website of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ) – https://roadsafetyiq.abz.bg/, and between 16 November and 7 December 2022, a prize-based game was conducted based on the quiz.
The initiative is jointly organized by the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ), the General Directorate “National Police” of the Ministry of Interior, and the Guarantee Fund (GF). Through the campaign “Together for Children’s Road Safety” and the educational quiz-game “No Mistakes on the Road”, the organizers call for increased attention on the roads and offer an engaging way to improve children's knowledge and skills regarding road rules and safe behavior.
A record number of participants joined this edition of the quiz-game “No Mistakes on the Road”. During the game period, from 16 November to 7 December, the quiz was completed by 66,513 people. Among them, 7,585 were individual participants, and 58,928 children participated as part of group entries – including schools, kindergartens, and other organizations.
On 9 December 2022, the winning participants were selected via a raffle. The winners are:
Individual Participants:
Each winner in the “Individual Participants” category receives a 100 BGN voucher for a tech store.
Group Participants:
Each winner in the “Group Participants” category receives a 200 BGN voucher for a bookstore or tech store.
The educational online quiz “No Mistakes on the Road” remains freely accessible even after the end of the prize game, so anyone interested can continue to use it as an educational tool for working with children.
The campaign “Together for Children’s Road Safety” is an international initiative that brings together road safety authorities, insurance associations, and other organizations from eight European countries – Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Participants implement various activities and initiatives aimed at road safety, striving to protect what is most precious to all of us – the health and lives of our children.
