The initiative is part of ABZ’s campaign “On Focus: Life Insurance”
Everyone is welcome to participate in the educational quiz game “What’s Your Insurance IQ: Life”, available on the website of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers (ABZ) – www.abz.bg. In addition to testing and enriching their knowledge of life insurance, participants will also have the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of three vouchers for a tech store, each worth BGN 200.
The game runs from March 23 to April 10, 2022. To take part, players must complete the 15-question quiz and achieve a result classified as “average” or “high” level of knowledge. By providing their email address, participants will be entered into the prize draw, and the winners will be announced on April 14, 2022.
"Being financially literate means taking responsibility for our own financial well-being and that of our loved ones. This year, our focus is on life insurance – and with good reason. Our aim is to remind people that we ourselves are the source of our well-being, and that protecting our health and life should come first. We believe these efforts matter – not only for each individual, but also for society as a whole. This is why improving financial and insurance literacy is one of ABZ’s leading strategic priorities," emphasized Konstantin Velev, Chair of ABZ.
With the educational quiz game and prize draw “What’s Your Insurance IQ: Life”, ABZ joins the celebration of Global Money Week – an annual worldwide campaign dedicated to financial literacy for children and young people, held under the auspices of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
The initiative is part of ABZ’s broader campaign “On Focus: Life Insurance”, which aims not only to raise awareness of the purpose and benefits of life insurance, but also to improve public knowledge in this area – empowering people to make informed decisions that match their individual needs and circumstances.
