Five-year-old Raya from the “Lion Cubs” group at Vasil Levski Kindergarten in Svishtov was the youngest participant among the 10 children awarded for best drawing in ABZ national children’s drawing contest “NO MISTAKES ON THE ROAD”. She received her prize personally from Assoc. Prof. Rumen Erusalimov, ABZ Management Board Member and Dean of the Faculty of Finance at D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics – Svishtov.
Assoc. Prof. Rumen Erusalimov was welcomed by kindergarten director Antonia Matova and visited the “Lion Cubs” group, where senior teachers Asya Lyubenova and Kremena Stoycheva had actively promoted the contest among children and their parents. In his conversation with them, he emphasized the importance of road safety and the effectiveness of educating children through creative expression, wishing the young “lion cubs” many more awards in the future.
Kindergarten director Antonia Matova addressed her guest with gratitude: “We are immensely thankful to the Association of Bulgarian Insurers for this contest, for this wonderful opportunity to learn through experience and art. There is no way to make a child draw something they do not understand. Every drawing is a lived experience and an emotion captured on paper. Stay healthy! We are convinced that thanks to initiatives like this, mistakes on the road will become fewer and fewer.”
